Collegium Feng Shui Human Space Time in Krakow

We will join resting in beautifully located by the Czorsztyn Lake in mountains on south of Poland, small and calm village with lectures and workshops as well as exercises. All lectures and exercises subjects are connected with subjects important for each of us: relationships, feelings, mutual relations.

During the camp we will run fascinating subjects:

• Feng Shui - lectures
• Qigong - lecture and everyday exercises
• Tai Chi - lecture and everyday exercises
• Chinese massage - lectures and workshops
• Learning chinese characters - workshops
• Chinese calligraphy - workshops

Lectures and workshops stated above to be taught by Howard Choy, classic Feng Shui Master, international kung fu, qigong and tai chi instructor, adept of eastern philosophy, whose teachers were and are best traditional Chinese culture specialists, from over quarter of century fathoming knowledge from sources of arts and sciences of the East. Expert in Chinese classic, author of books about feng shui and qigong, perfect Teacher, experienced educator, but also excellent guide through mysterious void of time and knowledge.

Additionally:

• Mau-ri massage - possibility to take advantage of sensitive and relaxing massage (paid separately)

Participation price: 350 Euro / person.

In case if you demand higher standard (rooms with bathroom, etc) there is possibility to be accommodated in pension Osada Czorsztyn by the lake: price plus 160 Euro per person. In that case you have to join exercises and lectures in morning and evening session, coming back for meals. Few minutes by car.

Price includes:

• accommodation in 2, 3 or 4-person rooms (bathroom and WC (separately for ladies and gents) outside the room, to share for 3 rooms) agrotouristic standard; equipped kitchen with refrigerator available;
• meals: breakfast and dinner (vegetarian food possible);
• lectures, workshops and qigong & tai chi exercises (c.a. 26 hours in total); In case of bad weather: Qigong meditation instead of Qigong exercises and lectures instead of tai chi exercises)
• local climatic tax

Participants should take with them:

• plain white rice paper for calligraphy practice
• special brush (goat hair brush, better to be cheap and bigger in size rather than the small ones)
• ink for calligraphy practice (Chinese ink for calligaphy (in a bottom usually), not ink stick it is too messy)
• dress and shoes suitable for exercises
• as (if only weather is suitable) lectures will be run outside we suggest to take not only notebooks but also clipboards
• health & personal property travel insurance

Summer camp till take place in Huba village. The place lets to relax, breath fresh, not polluted air, contemplate breathtaking view of Tatra mountains, valleys, plains and villages of Podhale region, Czorsztyn Lake, Pieniny mountains. Far from noise of towns, compacted development , in surrounding of nature and idyllic atmosphere. Place which lets you load accumulators and doesn't let to get bored!

How to get there? First to Krakow by car, plane, train (direct from Hamburg/Berlin), then by bus to Nowy Targ (direction Zakopane) or Kroscienko (direction Szczawnica). Then by local bus to Huba near Maniowy or we will pick you up.

Within few minutes car drive there are following attractions available:

• rafting along Dunajec River gorges
• track of XIV-XIX century local wooden architecture
• riding Hucul horses - with or without guide
• aquatics (with possibility of learning): windsurfing, boats, water bicycles
• floating by ship on Czorsztyn Lake
• visiting Niedzica Castle (legend about hidden Inks treasure) and ruins of Czorsztyn Castle (with excellent viewpoint to the lake) - in middle ages both castles were supposed to protect the only track in this part of Europe leading from Rome through Hungary to Baltic Sea coast (part of so called Amber Track)
• visiting Czorsztyn dam and water power station
• mountain trips to Pieniny mountains (National Park: incredible panoramas from Sokolica and Three Crowns tops)
• mountain trips to Gorce National Parku (only 13 km to Turbacz 1310 m above the sea level)
• swimming in Czorsztyn lake
• visiting highlander's hut where they produce regional sheep cheese in traditional way (buying possibillity)
• visiting Nowy Targ and Zakopane regional cities
• chair-lift to Snozka hill (former volcano and quarry) - point of vantage
• natural mineral water springs (for drinking) in Szczawnica little town
• visiting Red Monastery in Slovakia (border close to camp location)
